These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Conversion Doctor (“AICD,” “we,” “us”) and the Services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

AICD provides website audits and related reports, recommendations, metrics, and optional telemetry features. AICD does not guarantee any specific business outcome (e.g., conversion rate increases, revenue increases).

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials.
  • Notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Customer Content and Permissions

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit websites/URLs, connect domains, and enable telemetry for the sites you audit, and that doing so complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

You grant AICD a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services, generate reports, and maintain system integrity.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the Services to break the law, violate privacy, or infringe rights.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services.
  • Use the Services to collect sensitive personal data without lawful basis.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. AI/Automation Disclaimer

Some outputs may be generated using automated systems. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations before implementing them. AICD outputs are informational and not professional legal, financial, or compliance advice.

6. Plans, Billing, and Taxes

We offer one-time audits and recurring subscriptions. Plan features, limits, and retention may differ.

Payments are processed via our payment providers. You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your payment method for your plan, taxes, and any applicable fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel in the billing portal or in-app (if available). Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, or government fees where applicable.

7. Refunds

Refund policies are described in our Refund Policy and may vary by product type. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable for services already delivered or used.

8. Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. We may also change plan features or limits; material changes may be communicated.

9. Intellectual Property

AICD and its software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute our software or content except as allowed by these Terms.

10. Confidentiality

If you access non-public information about AICD, you agree not to disclose it.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • AICD is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to AICD in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AICD from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or nonpayment. Certain sections of these Terms survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of FL, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Polk County, FL, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
