Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when AI Conversion Doctor (“AICD”) offers refunds.

1) One-time audits (Check, Scan, Panel)

Because one-time audits are digital services delivered quickly:

• If the audit is successfully generated and delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
• If the audit fails to generate due to an AICD system error and we cannot deliver the audit within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• If you entered the wrong URL or the target site blocks access, requires login, is offline, or prevents crawling, the purchase is generally non-refundable. We may offer a courtesy re-run to a corrected URL at our discretion.

2) Subscriptions (Monitor, Guard, Clinic)

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
• You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

3) Chargebacks and fraud

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for chargebacks or suspected fraud. If you have billing issues, contact us first so we can help resolve them.

4) How to request a refund

Email support@aiconversiondoctor.com with:

• account email
• purchase date
• the product purchased
• reason for request
• any relevant screenshots or error messages
